Welcome to our good works page for the Rotary Club of Global Impact #224228. Here we emphasize and showcase opportunities across the Rotary Foundation, Kiva.org with our founding organization that chartered this club of the USPSC, USAID, Global Grants, District Grants, and our orphanages we are working with. We have a lot of international bandwidth to pick up new work from our paying members and that is where the rubber meets the road. Rotary may bring in hundreds of millions of dollars per year but it's primary mechanism for funding is dues paying members at 72% of financial strength. For this reason, please become a member and join in with us to help fund the $160+ million per year in grants that the foundation awards. The Rotary Foundation continues to be ranked as a four-star charity with a score of 100 on Charity Navigator with our IRS Form 990's. We are doing our part for over 100 years strongly - now you can join us to help change the world.

We are now taking pre-orders for banners and several members have stated they will take four or five! The profits from this program go into our club and all we do. Beginning in 2024 we started accepting banner ideas for how they should or could look! Please send yours in today to rcogi@uspsc.org if you feel artsy!

We are discussing scholarships for our members to submit to the club and also endorse the almost 200 scholarships per year from Rotary that each of our club members is funding with their personal cash, dues, and donations. We are thankful to our club members for supporting these scholarships annually across the earth. Our Scholarship Chairperson is paying club member Ms. Bela Rigby of Atlanta, Georgia.

Janita Kate Burke, Esq., (Linkedin profile) the appointed Africa Chair, has been a steadfast supporter of His Majesty’s Happy Home and School in Krobo, Odumase, Ghana, for over a decade. Her dedication goes beyond words—Janita has personally visited and volunteered at the school and orphanage multiple times, even bringing her daughter to share in the profoundly impactful experience. She not only provides financial support but also actively inspires her network to contribute to this vital cause. The school currently educates nearly 300 students, from crèche to JHS 3, while the home provides shelter, care, and hope for 27 children. Recognizing the urgent need for a safe, adequate learning environment, the school directors began constructing a new building in 2024 to address overcrowding and meet regulatory standards. This new structure is already being used, but significant funding is needed to complete construction, furnish classrooms, and equip the new school for its growing population. Once complete, attention will turn to renovating the “old” site, ensuring all children and staff have access to a safe and supportive environment.
This work is more than an investment in bricks and mortar; it’s a commitment to transforming lives, empowering futures, and sustaining a community that is deserving of quality education and care. Your support—whether financial or through spreading the word—is crucial to completing this life-changing mission. Together, we can make a lasting impact on these children’s lives and the generations to come.
We hope to combine our paying member of Alph Doamkepor (Linkedin profile) (an expert in solar and satellite mission predictions for farming)) with prospective Rotaractor Amui Quaye (currently farming) together with friend, Prince Kojo Hilton so that they can coordinate together on the orphanage and farming. Analyze all of our projects in Rotary International across the world here. Total projects encompass several billion dollars in grants and include 100+ open grants per day. For over 100 years we are producing success stories.
