The Global Embassy of Culture™

A Whole World of Friends

The Global Embassy of Culture™ (TGEOC) at The United States Presidential Service Center® (USPSC) and US Presidential Culinary Museum® (USPCM) enjoy each other's business friendship and fun-filled nature.

The Global Embassy of Culture™ serves as a sanctuary and stage for humanity’s shared soul, where art, history, customs, and business converge to celebrate the beauty of our differences and the harmony of our common dreams. Through immersive exhibitions, cross-cultural exchanges, and peace-building opportunities it empowers individuals to become cultural diplomats in their communities—bridging continents with compassion and creativity.

No one is truly from the United States—not in the ancient-rooted sense. This land is a mosaic stitched from migrations, hopes, and the bold leap of those who cmove here daily from 205 countries and territories, each bringing language, food, fashion, art, rituals, and entrepreneurial fire.

We are not a monolith—we are a melting pot, a gumbo, a jazz riff of human stories remixing daily in boardrooms, kitchens, galleries, and classrooms. The United States isn't a bloodline—it's a belief: that from many, we become one. And that unity isn't sameness—it's strength drawn from dazzling diversity.

The Global Embassy of Culture™ @ tgeoc.org

A world portal and embassy system of the USPSC

We meet every third Thursday of the month at 11:00 EST on stage in our worldwide broadcast. Many people relate with us on our international WhatsApp channel , and when they join our Embassies, Consulates, and Commercial Offices and become members, they enter into our Members Only Group. At other times, we appear on network television shows for specific topics.

INTENTION BACKED IN THE TRUTH: In early 1994, on the heels of time spent in service to Presidents and Prime Ministers, White House Chef and U.S. Navy veteran Martin “Marti” Mongiello founded what would become The United States Presidential Service Center® (USPSC.org). It didn’t start with fanfare or big funding. It started with heart. With an unshakable desire to honor those who served in quiet excellence—White House ushers, Camp David engineers, US Secret Service, military aides, and stewards aboard Air Force One and Marine One. The ones history forgets, unless someone fights to remember.

Initially a humble traveling exhibit, the Center slowly transformed into a national force for education, remembrance, and service. Out of that seed grew the U.S. Presidential Culinary Museum®, the US Presidential Service Center® with three libraries, The Inn of the Patriots™, LLC, and The United Tastes of America Cooking School™, with a movement that continues to shine a light on the behind-the-scenes brilliance of Executive Service.

But Marti’s vision didn’t stop at our borders. As the Center gained international attention for culinary diplomacy, education initiatives, and cultural exhibitions, it was clear that this story—our American story—was deeply intertwined with stories from around the world. That spark led to the formation of a bold new initiative described by Global Secretary General, Shanker Damodaran as: The Global Embassy of Culture™ (TGEOC.org).

TGEOC™ was born to break barriers and build bridges. It exists to celebrate the artistry, rituals, and living histories of every nation—while recognizing that diplomacy isn’t only written in treaties, but in food, music, ceremony, and storytelling. It is the natural extension of the USPSC’s mission, now reaching across continents and oceans.

Together, USPSC and TGEOC stand as twin beacons: one grounded in the deep reverence for those who serve in America’s highest offices, the other lifting up the shared human experiences that connect all cultures that move to America and control this country. From a Presidential chef’s kitchen starting in the White House, to museum floors in Asia, to peace-building forums in Africa, these two institutions now operate side-by-side—celebrating the past, shaping the present, and daring to imagine a more unified world.

This isn’t just history. It’s heritage in motion.

Updates

OUR FIRST DISASTER GRANT: We filed and had approved our first-ever disaster grant of $25,000.00 through the Rotary Foundation in the first month of operation (2022) when we ran the Rotary Club of Global Impact. This sent medical kits to Ukraine, and we subsequently engaged in over $300,000.00 in food and medical supplies sent to our partner offices of Fenyx Foundation into 2023. In 2024, we sent games and winter coats, while 2025 has allowed us to participate in a Global Grant for solar panels on top of the Maternity Ward at the hospital in Chernihiv.

SETTING TWO WORLD RECORDS: We were the first-ever club in Rotary world history to have a DEI Chairperson and Chief Human Resources Officer in the By-Laws as Board of Directors members, Club #224228. We have no intention of disbanding our DEI programs or shutting them down. We have continued that approach into The Global Embassy of Culture under the USPSC.

We're a fun club with dozens of lady members to join, where mentors and coaches enable growth. We don't have leaders, employees, or members. We have teammates, mentors, and coaches and disallow the word employee to be used for any reason. We have been known to showcase music, one minute of love, holistic healing, and more in our gatherings. We welcome you to avoid our meetings like the plague - as much as you will want to avoid our dues (set extremely low as it is not how we build money to pay our bills). Attending meetings is not part of our strategy, nor are attendance requirements - you can join in with our asynchronous video or audio meetings anytime you like and be a fully engaged member of TGEOC. Oftentimes, this leads to even more engagement than ever before. You can watch our gatherings later in the week!

Our 24-hour No Questions Asked Food Bank

The USPSC and TGEOC food bank shown open 24-hours per day.

In 2019, we built a 24-hour No Questions Asked Food Bank in front of our offices and expanded the library offerings with our Little Free Library system as an authorized library - Charter #27425. We started working on childhood hunger issues in 1994, leading up to Childhood Hunger Day in 1995 in Washington, DC.  Our board and trustees decided we are committed to stocking the Food Bank more like a blessing box with clothing, books, food, drinks, and more. The community has also pitched in by stopping by and dropping off food - the most magical thing to see ever!  In 2020, we held a Free Blanket Week that went well, and we began to accept other items for distribution, including clothes, shoes, belts, and advertising coffee mugs from Carolinas Commercial Realty. Anything to help a person in their home! By 2021, we had distributed more than 3,000 free books - many of which were put into other Little Free Libraries as far away as Chimney Rock, NC. A special thanks went out to Pastor Will Upchurch for donating 1,000+ books. In 2024, numerous donations of sleeping bags, shoes, clothing, food, and more were made by Doris Elaine Smarr and the local community, joining us to keep the bank stocked daily. In 2025, we continued with our TGEOC Road & Highway Homeless Program, handing out two-gallon blessing bags with water, food, clothing, and reading material to the homeless as we reached 4,000 books provided.
