I THEN TRIED TO PAY MY BILL, AND IT WON'T WORK, DARN YOU!!! This is a minor problem with cards and banks in 205 countries and territories. Maybe your card does not work in America? Go to a fancy grocery store or rich department store and buy an International VISA or MASTERCARD. You can use this powerful card to purchase NETFLIX and Amazon products and pay to American banks and systems like TGEOC. It provides for an easy, international fix. And, many times, it is reloadable! We even have colleagues using it for world travel.
